Mechanical diagnostics for air conditioning and heating systems.
Park HVAC Choice works on installed HVAC equipment. Every visit produces readings rather than opinions: pressure, superheat, static pressure, and amperage at the unit.

Air conditioning repair
Refrigerant recovery and recharge, leak repair, compressor diagnostics, blower motor replacement, contactor and capacitor service.
Heating repair
Ignition systems, limit and rollout switches, heat exchanger inspection, gas valve verification, heat pump reversing valve service.
Maintenance
Coil cleaning, filter replacement, drain line flushing, blower bearing lubrication, and electrical connection torque checks.
Duct & airflow inspection
Static pressure measurement, supply and return inspection, register balancing checks, and filter media upgrades.
Approach
Read first
A complaint is a starting point, not a diagnosis. The first hour on site is spent establishing what the system is actually doing, with instruments.
Measure second
Static pressure tells you about airflow. Superheat and subcool tell you about the refrigerant side. Amperage tells you whether a motor or compressor is working too hard.
Document
Readings go on the invoice. If the same fault returns in six months, the numbers from the last visit make the next diagnosis much faster.
Repair
Once the fault is identified, we show you the part and explain what failed. Nothing gets replaced without you hearing the reason first.
Service checklist
- Static pressure measured at the filter
- Superheat and subcool verified
- Amperage compared to nameplate
- Condenser coil condition assessed
- Drain line flow confirmed
- Electrical terminals inspected
- Filter and filter rack checked
- Thermostat operation verified

Send the readings and the symptoms.
If you have gauge readings from a previous visit, mention them. It usually shortens the call.
